Property Agreement
By submitting this form, I agree to the following terms as a condition of hosting my event at Cedar River Retreat, located in Maple Valley, Washington.
1. LEAVE IT BETTER. I agree to leave all spaces cleaner and better than I found them. All trash must be packed out. No littering of any kind.
2. RESPECT NATURE & WILDLIFE. I will not disturb, feed, or harm wildlife. I will stay on designated trails and avoid damaging trees, plants, or natural features. Campfires only in designated rings; never left unattended; fully extinguished before leaving.
3. RESPECT OTHER GUESTS. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Music and gatherings must remain at a considerate volume.
4. PACK OUT ALL TRASH. I am responsible for removing all waste generated by my event including food scraps, packaging, and decorations.
5. PROPERTY CARE. I accept financial responsibility for any damage beyond normal wear. No nails or staples in trees or structures.
6. FIRE SAFETY. Fires only in designated rings. Never left unattended. Fully extinguished with water before departing. All burn bans must be observed.
7. PET POLICY. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Pet owners accept full liability for their animals.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I voluntarily assume all risks of outdoor events and release Cedar River Retreat, its owners and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my event or use of the property.
9. NOISE & AMPLIFICATION. Amplified sound requires prior written approval. Sound curfew is 10:00 PM.
10. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cedar River Retreat from any claims arising from my event guests while on the property.
